Internet, Business & Mail Services

Connections Café—our business center and Internet cafés—are the places to go for mailing and business services, as well as e-mail and computer rentals with high-speed Internet access. Enjoy a hot cup of Starbucks® coffee while checking your e-mail, surfing the web or catching the news on big-screen television. Have your own laptop? These Wi-Fi hot spots provide complimentary Internet access.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all villas.

Connections is located in the lower level of the West Village Atrium and in the River Island Exchange.

Child Care

Orange Lake Resort works with several local businesses that can send a childcare professional to your villa or suite. If you prefer, they will come along with your family to help you with your children during your excursions around town. They also can take your child to the attractions for you. All caregivers are insured, bonded and licensed. Rental strollers, car seats and pack 'n plays also are available. For more information, call Resort Services at extension 6100.

Check Cashing

Traveler’s checks and personal checks can be cashed at the Front Desk. Most area attractions will also accept traveler’s checks. A valid driver's license is required for check cashing services.

Safe Deposit Boxes

For your convenience, safe deposit boxes are available in every villa to secure your valuables.

Store Your Items with Owner’s Locker

If you’re tired of hefty baggage fees or buying the same vacation items over and over again, consider Owner’s Locker. For a fee, this convenient service will keep your belongings in a climate-controlled storage facility between visits. For more information, visit

Housekeeping & Laundry

In anticipation of your arrival, your villa is cleaned and ready for you to start your vacation. If you would like additional housekeeping services during your stay (for a fee), simply call Resort Services and a representative from our housekeeping team will contact you to schedule your service. For your convenience, washers and dryers are located in most villas or nearby, as well as on each floor of the West Village Clubhouse. Meeting Rooms & Events

Over the years, many owners and guests have selected Orange Lake Resort as the site for special events such as wedding receptions and anniversaries, bar mitzvahs and family reunions. Four banquet and meeting facilities are available to meet your needs.
